Measuring for Door Panels and Sidelights

• Door Panels and Sidelights have rod pockets and headers at the top and bottom.

• Measurements are from rod to rod, and do not include the header at each end.

• The rod to rod measurement is from the top of the top rod to the bottom of the bottom rod. This is where the tension is to hold them taunt.

• If your rods are already installed, take the rod to rod measurement. It will probably be one of the standard sizes we have listed. Otherwise it will be a custom job.

• If you do not have rods installed, measure your glass area. Add 4 inches to get your rod to rod measurement. This will place the rod pockets outside of the glass on the frame.

• Rods should be mounted after receiving the curtains. Rods should be mounted 1 inch to each side so the lace will cover the glass, plus a little bit.
