Return Policy:
We want you to love your lace. Please notify us by email or phone within 20 days of receiving your order. We offer a money back guarantee for merchandise unless it is custom or cut to fit in anyway. There may be re-stocking fees if the lace and packaging is not in the same condition.
Payment Policy:
- We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Google Checkout - both US and International.
- We accept personal checks and money orders from the US only. Checks may delay your order.
- Your order is charged at the time you place your order.
Shipping Policy:
- We offer UPS and USPS ground.
- If your order is time-sensitive, please email or phone us with the date you need to receive your order. Additional fees may or may not apply.
- All International goes USPS (Postal), unless otherwise requested. Additional fees may apply.
- Please allow 5 to 14 days to receive your items. Items with longer deliveries such as custom may take longer. Some items will have special delivery information on the product page.
- If possible, please use an email address. You will receive a copy of your order and a shipping email with tracking. You can opt-out of additional emails. You will be able to log-in to check on your order.

» Is it difficult to care for lace?Most of our lace is Easy-Care. Simply wash cold, gentle, no bleach. Lay flat or hang to dry. Touch up with cool iron, if desired. Exceptions will be noted where necessary. All items are shipped with care instructions. Most will have a label sewn in.
» What is a Swag Pair?A swag pair is a swag that is long on the sides and curves up towards the center. The valance usually will fit between the pair for extra wide windows. » What is a Valance?A valance is the curtain at the top of the window. There are many types of valances. » What is a Panel?A curtain panel usually covers the whole window to the sill or even to the floor. » What is a tier or cafe curtain?Tiers, sometimes called cafe curtains, usually cover from the mid-point of the window to the sill, or slightly below the sill. Tier are sold as one piece or as a pair. Pairs will be noted as such.
